		<description>Judy-I live in Mexican-not being mean- country and the Mexican people here can make some of the best tamales ever--kinda like your Louisana people with their Cajun food.  I can make them too, but I just buy them from some of these people because as you say, it is a long hard day when making tamales.  Tamales are my best favorite food.  Hugs, Bobbie</description>
